Are you curious “WHY” I pose this these questions? Several years ago when I began talking about my sacred purpose some women looked at me like I had 5 heads. YUP, I was put down and criticized. But the most profound incident was when I was asked, WHY would I offer this type of service? I was called a victim.

So this criticism became an essential gift for me to create awareness for other women to be mindful of their sacred body. Not only physically. But emotionally & spiritually.

It’s healthy to want to be toned and fit, but’s it’s very unhealthy if your training is causing you to “GO”.

Childbirth, repetitive endurance activities, boot camps, triathlons, marathons, menopause, hormonal issues, medications, surgeries and more…Including, crunches, v-sit-ups, double leg lifts, the hundreds and sitting all day at a desk can all cause problems with your lady parts.

Yes, I know all of this training can tone your body but research is telling us that all of this could lead to unpleasant complications. What I’m talking about is incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and lower back, hip and pelvic pain.

Listen to your body?

Over the past 2 weeks I have received several calls about this dilemma. I have spoken to several patients who insist on training and taking boot camp classes. What I always find to be mined boggling is that the physical alignment of the pelvis is not balanced. I ask, how are you sitting, walking and standing? Are you moving with your pelvis?

The pelvis is the center of your core. If it’s misaligned, stuck, sore, or painful there are energy blocks or alignment patterns that can interfere with your daily/physical activities.

Over time this pelvic imbalance can become more pronounced and painful or worsen with repetitive activities.

When YOU live and move from the center YOU will bring awareness throughout your whole body.
