Our bodies have been through a lot and what we mostly need now is rejuvenation! Your emotions can create high or low vibrations depending on your focus.

When you chose to be of LOVE and COMPASSION you will feel light and free in your bodies and more powerful in your relationships. The opposite is true when you feel fear and anger, your body will bring up memories of old wounds and feel tight and constricted.

Here are some simple ways to “Nourish” your body and create sacred space to bring more connection into your life through ritual.

MORNING Ritual to greet your day
Honor your environment whether it’s snow, sun or rain. You can practice this indoors or out.

INDOORS
Walk barefoot on a wood floor and feel the floor beneath you and its warm connection to your feet. Allow yourself to feel grounded. If you have a fireplace gaze into the fire or walk to a window and gaze up at the SUN. Stretch your arms up toward the SKY, walk your feet wider than your hips so that your arm and legs form a star. Set an intention to open your heart to love and compassion.

OUTDOORS
Walk barefoot outdoors on the grass. Gaze up toward the SUN and feel the earth beneath your feet, it will help you feel grounded throughout the day. Stretch your arms up toward the SKY walk your feet wider than your hips so that your arm and legs form a star. Set an intention to open your heart to love and compassion.

Honor these simple gifts of earth, air, fire and water bring balance within your body. When you deepen your alignment with these natural rhythms your gain inner peace and balance.

EVENING Ritual for rejuvenation

At the end of the day a perfect way to nourish your
body is with a soothing bath!

Pause, breathe, light a candle, say a blessing…

Create a peaceful quiet space. Light candles around your bathtub (I prefer LED lights not candles).

Play soft relaxing music (use a battery powered machine NOT ELECTRIC).

Fill your tub with warm water. Add 4 drops of lavender oil and 1lb. of Epsom Salts (If you have a heart condition or high blood pressure refrain from EPSOM SALTS).

Add some rose petals!

Wrap your head in a towel. Gently submerge your body into this magic pool of water.
Water can be very healing. Enjoy the Spirit of it.
